Account Management
OBJECTIVE: Our Account Management program focuses on Growth and Profitability, your Account Manager is the one that leads the overall strategy and sales numbers for you. We point out and resolve issues with Amazon (ex: suspended ASIN), set up MKT/promotion program, check & resolve listing problems, inventory management.
– Account Manager serves as a hub and works with stakeholders to deliver your requirements on time.
– Account Manager conducts weekly debrief meeting with you and goes through the business performance dashboard to show the Sales trends, identify root cause for any sales dips, recognize the opportunities as well as review plans for the forthcoming weeks.
– Quarterly business review: Business Reviews take place with executive parties and Account Managers. The focus is on sales goals tracking, competition benchmarking and any strategic discussions around ecommerce goals.
