The Shapers Expedition is a strategic leadership program designed exclusively for managers and above, held twice a year at various locations across Vietnam. More than just a retreat, it is a genuine leadership journey—where the Shapers, those entrusted with steering and shaping the future of Yes4All, come together to connect, reflect, engage in meaningful dialogue, and align on the path toward sustainable growth and the company’s IPO in 2029.
This summer’s chapter brought the Shapers to Tú Làn—a remote and challenging region, where nature remains pristine and unspoiled. It offered an ideal setting for silence, deep conversations, and inner transformation. Over the course of two days and one night, members of the middle and senior management teams immersed themselves in physically demanding and mentally stretching activities, designed to foster sincere connection and trust-based collaboration.
The core value of “Instill Trust” was exemplified throughout the expedition. Team members took shared ownership, embraced diverse perspectives, and supported one another through challenges. There were no scripts, no staged roles—only genuine connections built through open dialogue, authentic actions, and an unwavering spirit of togetherness. Trust was not derived from titles, but from presence, sincerity, and the willingness to move forward as one.
Seemingly ordinary moments—a heartfelt hug, a tear shed, or an unscripted sharing—left a lasting impression on each participant. These experiences highlighted that a resilient collective is not solely built upon strategic clarity or professional competence, but also on authentic companionship and emotional intelligence in leadership.
The value of connection and teamwork was further reinforced as participants faced challenges together. Each individual not only fulfilled their own role but actively supported, empowered, and listened to others. In an environment of uncertainty and limited information, leaders were compelled to quickly adapt, make decisions amid ambiguity, and effectively demonstrate the capability to Manage Ambiguity—in practice, not just in theory.
This journey was more than a temporary escape from the day-to-day—it was a space for leaders to reflect, refresh their thinking, and rebuild relationships with their peers. Yes4All firmly believes that deep connection among leadership tiers—anchored in trust and adaptability—is a vital foundation for sustainable growth. The Shapers Expedition, therefore, is not merely an experience, but a meaningful milestone in shaping a distinct leadership culture at Yes4All.
