2. JOB PURPOSE
1. Dispute Identification & Tracking
- Monitor chargebacks, deductions, and short-payments from platforms.
- Maintain dispute tracker and categorize issues by type (logistics, damage, shortage, etc.).
2. Evidence Collection & Claim Preparation
- Gather supporting documents: PO, invoice, delivery proof, ASN, BOL, etc.
- Prepare dispute packages and submit via platform portals or ticketing systems.
3. Cross-functional Coordination
- Work with B2B, Logistics, Sales Ops, and AR teams to clarify shipment or fulfillment issues.
- Coordinate with platform teams for case clarification and resolution.
4. Dispute Closure & Reporting
- Track dispute resolution status and update recovery figures.
- Provide weekly/monthly dispute summary reports and root cause breakdown.
5. Process Improvement & SOP
- Support root cause analysis of recurring disputes.
- Help update SOPs and internal guidance to prevent future issues
3. REQUIREMENT
1. Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in American accounting is an advantage.
2. Skills
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Diligent, hardworking, able to handle high-pressure situations.
- Attention to detail, quick-thinking, and high level of responsibility.
- Proficient in English language skills, both reading and writing.
3. Experience
- 3-4 years of experience in the field of Finance and Accounting.
- Preference given to candidates with experience in general accounting and previous employment in an E-commerce company.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and ERP-365 Dynamics software.
