2. RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY

Market Research

  • Identifying Growth Insights & Opportunities which leads to strategic transformational growth by categories/ countries.
  • Distilling insight from primary and secondary research/data to drive growth in the business.
  • Monitoring & Tracking Competition Landscape on Ecommerce platform.
  • Responsible for measurement and generation of insights from continuous research.
  • Openness to piloting new methods & approaches, technology and new suite of research methods.
  • Support the CMI Manager in assigned tasks.
  • Be able to work and build a relationship with cross-functional i.e. Sales, Product Marketing, New Product Development, Digital Marketing, etc…

3. REQUIREMENTS

  • Knowledge
    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing,).
    • Excellent command of English & Vietnamese. Strategic-oriented.
  • Skills
    • Research methodologies/ Consumer insight into common platforms and best practices.
    • Strong attention to detail, ability to work under tight deadlines, capable of translating complex findings for a non-technical audience.
    • Quantitative and qualitative analysis.
    • Understanding Consumer and Brand research.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills. 
    • Keenness to learn and be proactive about self- development and the development of others.
  • Experience
    • <6 months of work experience in Market research or relevant field.
    • Proven experience in research, with expertise in both quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
    • Experience in an ecommerce platform is highly desirable.
