Invoice Verification & Matching:

• Receive and check invoices for completeness and correctness.
• Match invoices to purchase orders (PO) and goods receipt notes (GRN) in ERP.
• Flag discrepancies for resolution with Procurement or Warehouse.

System Entry & Documentation:

• Enter vendor invoices into ERP with correct cost center, GL code, and tax information.
• Scan and archive documents in accordance with SOP and audit requirements.

Payment Preparation:

• Prepare payment proposals for due invoices (weekly/monthly cycle).
• Assist in verifying vendor banking information and payment terms.

Reporting & Audit Support

• Maintain AP aging report and update payment schedule tracking.
• Support internal and external audit with invoice and payment documentation.

Knowledge

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Skills

• Strong analytical skills and logical thinking with demonstrated ability in process improvement.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking) and able to communicate effectively.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team; reliable under pressure.
• High attention to detail, quick-thinking, and strong sense of responsibility.
• Knowledge of data flow management, system integration, automation tools (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI, Python scripts), and experience working with large datasets.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.

Experience

• 4–6 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting.
• Familiar with the P2P process, ERP system, and basic tax knowledge (VAT).
• Attention to detail, organization, and good communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and document management systems.
• Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft 365, etc.).
