2. JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Research and Strategy Development

  • Conduct market research and analysis to support the development of category growth strategies.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, proposing initiatives to maximize growth potential.
  • Assess business performance and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and profitability.

Product Portfolio Analysis

  • Research and analyze the product portfolio to ensure alignment with the company’s business model, maintaining a comprehensive and customer-focused product assortment.
  • Evaluate portfolio performance and propose actions to optimize business results and enhance category effectiveness.

Process and Resource Evaluation

  • Assess the efficiency of operations and propose improvements to optimize workflows, enhance productivity, and ensure effective resource utilization to reduce costs.

Key Project Management

  • Manage key strategic projects to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute project plans effectively.

Project Coordination

  • Oversee departmental and company-level projects to ensure progress, quality, and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to maintain strong collaboration throughout project execution.

3. REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge

  • University bachelor’s       degree (or       upcoming            graduation)     in         Economics,     Business Administration, Marketing or Finance

Skills

  • Market research and data analysis
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good communication in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Have logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills. Quick learner and adapter
  • Great sense of integrity, responsibility and urgency.
  • Must be team-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Project management skill
  • Strong leadership skill with willingness to serve

Experience

  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in a management role in E-commerce or category management of retails/ FMCG company
  • Working experience in e-commerce/ retail or FMCG category management
  • Experience in Digital/ Performance Marketing
