These grips are fantastic. They'll really put a hurting on your forearms if you use them for the right exercises. Try them with T-Bar Rows and you won't be able to make a fist for a while. It's a great addition to a workout. If you ask me, there's no reason to pay almost triple the price for Fat Gripz when these work just as well.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these to a friend.

A lot of people do not seem to understand how to use these. I personally have used them on a variety of bar shapes and sizes and after they get a couple days use they get even easier to get on and off. These are intended to increase your grip strength, and they do just that. I found the quality to be acceptable especially in comparison to other similar products that are MUCH more expensive.

These do a ton to up your game in strength training!

While it took a little to get used to, these worked very well on all of the weights that I have. From Kettle Bells to free weights to even a work out bar, I found that I could easily slide these on to work on my grip training. After some time using this you will definitely see a difference in your the power and strength you have in your forearms, triceps, biceps and chest (at least I did). The grips are heavy duty and of quality material and really work! These do a ton to up your game in strength training!

I took a chance on these because of the lower price but blue is my favorite color so I went with it. I'm not disappointed and instead am impressed by the quality and thickness of these! I highly recommend these and they are an excellent value. I placed a set on my dumbells and another on my olympic bar.

Quality, Tough, and Grip is insane!

This is a great alternative to the Fat Grip. The rubber is tough! Took awhile for me to lock it into my 1 inch dumbbell, but once it's it, it is in! The grips doesnt slide up or down, stays in place which is a good safety feature. I hope this last and not crack over time. I will surely update again when I start using them at the gym. Thank you Yes4All for this item. I highly recommend giving these a try!
