2. JOB DESCRIPTIONS
1. Platform Operations Monitoring
- Platform Functionalities Guideline
- Regular updates on platform new features/changes/requirement
2. Compliance and Risk Assessment
- Compliance checklist followed; risk mitigation plans executed
3. Account Health Monitoring
- Account health metrics tracked; flagged for issues and resolved efficiently
4. Support in Training and Knowledge Sharing
- Effective training provided; knowledge base updated with new platform functionalities
5. Report Generation and Analysis
- Regular reports on sales, platform performance, and compliance status provided to management
3. REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years in e-commerce platform operations or account management, with direct experience on platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, or Wayfair is preferred
- Ability to work independently on routine tasks while ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new tools, platforms, and features quickly.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce policies and compliance requirements is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across various teams.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize efficiently.
- Proactive in learning about platform operations and industry trends.
- A high level of personal integrity is required to manage sensitive data and ensure that platform operations are conducted in an ethical and compliant manner
