By purchasing items from yes4all.com buyer agrees that:

1. The shipping address that buyer provides is the full address in the correct form:

Name or Attention line
Company
Delivery Address
City, State, ZIP Code

Since our carrier of choice is USPS, Buyer is required to make sure that the provide address can receive packages from USPS.

  • If it gets lost Buyer will be fully responsible for this occurence. 
  • If the package gets returned to us and Buyer wants Yes4All to-reship the item back to the Buyer updated address, Buyer will be fully responsible for the shipping & handling charges for the re-shipping fee. If a refund is prefered, Yes4All will refund the item with 15% restocking fee deducted from the final refund.

2. As soon as the order is shipped, an automatic email with full tracking details and tracking number is generated and gets sent to the email address used to place the order with. Buyer holds full responsibility for tracking the package and arrange any delivery with the local post office if the package cannot be delivered due to having no recipient available / no secure location when the delivery takes place.

Buyer can contact the local post office by calling 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777) and give them Buyer's name & tracking # to find out the package status & schedule a pick up, or follow the steps below to request a redelivery:

1. Go to the USPS Redelivery website at https://redelivery.usps.com/redelivery/
2. Enter Buyer's name and address into the required fields and then enter the article number as it is written on your peach colored slip, as well as whether or not this is your final notice and when delivery was attempted.
3. Indicate when Buyer wants redelivery to be attempted as directed and then click on the button marked “Submit”

If Buyer fails to retrieve the package within 15-day pick up policy (this period may vary among local Post Offices), we will proceed your order in the same manner as depicted in point 1.

3. If the package is damaged, Buyer must take pictures of the damaged package before opening it. If the item inside the package is damaged, Buyer shall take pictures of the received unit(s) together with the box they came in and any attached label; then send it to the Yes4All Customer Service Team for further investigation or replacement.

4. Once the order is submitted, we cannot alter any information provided in the order. If the Buyer has any question regarding the items & its shipping method, Buyer shall contact Yes4All before completing the transaction.

5. In some occasion, Yes4All may offer "FREE shipping". However, in reality, the shipping is included in the item price. If Buyer returns the item back to Yes4All, Yes4All will refund the item with 15% restocking fee deducted from the final refund.

6. Shipping costs are determined by the item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address. In your shopping cart, we show an estimated shipping cost based on lowest price shipping method, and assume all items in your cart are going to a single address within the contiguous states. If you select a different shipping method, an APO/FPO address or an address outside the continuous United States, your actual shipping may be higher.

7. Orders will be shipped the same or next business day after payments are cleared.

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM PST. Orders placed outside of these hours will not be processed until the next business day. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. If you place your order after 5:00pm on Friday, your order will not be processed until Monday.

8. We reserve the right to change the shipping method/carrier as we see suitable. 

Our shipping carrier choices are USPS and UPS.

  • USPS Priority Mail: Your order will be delivered within 1-3 business days after the order leaves our facility, not counting the ship date and not including Sunday, or USPS Holidays. Package arrives before end of day along with your normal mail delivery Monday through Saturday.
  • UPS Ground: Your order will be delivered within 1-5 business days after the order leaves our facility, not counting the ship date and not including Saturday and Sunday, or UPS Holidays. Package arrives before end of day.


 

We currently ship to all states within the United States, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Guam.

We do ship to APO, AFO, P.O addresses.

We do not ship internationally.

Alternatively, you can choose our Free Pickups program for orders of $100 or more if these requirements are met:

  • If you live in the Southern California area you can choose to pick up your order FREE of charge.
  • If you choose to pick up your order, you will be notified by phone/email when your order is ready.
  • Free pickup is available Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:00AM - 5:00PM PST (excluding lunch break from 12:00PM - 13:30PM)
  • Please not that this program is for picking up your order only, no further transaction allowed.

When your order ships, you will receive an email confirming shipment along with a tracking number.  The tracking number can be used to check the status of your package.

It is your responsibility to keep track of shipment and to contact the carrier if there is any delay in shipment.

If you fail to retrieve the package, you will be subject to our return policy.
