Note that you need to come to our warehouse located in California, United States to pick up your items. Just place your order and follow pick up instruction in confirmation email, we get your items ready by the time of your arrival. Change your mind or miss appointment? Your order will be automatically canceled and refunded after 4 weeks of purchase. Return or exchange? Bring returned or exchanged item(s) to our warehouse and we will refund or exchange it for you.

1. Where to pick up

Bring a government-issued photo ID and your order number to our warehouse to pick up your order. Warehouse address is provided in confirmation email.

 2. When to pick up            

We will prepare your orders and notify the pick-up time through confirmation email. (Max preparation time: 1 workday)

Once everything is ready, you can come to ourwarehouse to pick up your items anytime within the operation hours.

3. How to pick up

Please follow the instruction in the email and remember to bring required papers.

4. How to return

Contact Yes4All customer service to initiate a return process.

Bring returned item(s) to our warehouse within 30 days of delivery and we will refund it for you. Proof of purchase is required.

Full refund is applied if item is returned in original condition.

Partial refund is applied if item is not in original condition and the return is not the result of our error.

Refund will be reflected in your original payment method within 2 – 3 business days of receiving returned item(s).

5. How to exchange

Contact Yes4All customer service to initiate an exchange process.

Bring exchanged item(s) to our warehouse within 30 days of delivery and we will exchange it for you. Proof of purchase is required.

Exchange is not accepted if the exchange is not the result of our error.

6. Miss your pick up appointment

Your order will be automatically refunded in the original payment method after 4 weeks of purchase.
