Purchasing Operations

• Assist in order placement, tracking order progress.
• Update order status and documentation on internal systems
• Support container load calculation.
• Support tracking stock levels to avoid shortages or overstock situations.

Payment & Vendor Management Support

• Assist in verifying and processing payment documents for suppliers.
• Track remaining and outstanding balances Sell-in Invoice.
• Support vendor performance evaluation and data collection.

Data Management & Reporting

Update and manage purchase order and supplier data in the system.

• Assist in data analysis to monitor purchasing trends.
• Assist in special projects, such as cost analysis or vendor performance reporting.

• Knowledge

• • University student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or related fields.

• Skills

• • Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets (Power BI is a plus).
  • Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Good command of English.

• Experience

• • Able to commit for at least 3 to 6 months, available immediately is preferred.
