2. RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY
Purchasing Operations
- Assist in order placement, tracking order progress.
- Update order status and documentation on internal systems
- Support container load calculation.
- Support tracking stock levels to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
Payment & Vendor Management Support
- Assist in verifying and processing payment documents for suppliers.
- Track remaining and outstanding balances Sell-in Invoice.
- Support vendor performance evaluation and data collection.
Data Management & Reporting
Update and manage purchase order and supplier data in the system.
- Assist in data analysis to monitor purchasing trends.
- Assist in special projects, such as cost analysis or vendor performance reporting.
3. REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge
-
- University student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- Skills
-
- Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets (Power BI is a plus).
- Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Good command of English.
- Experience

- Able to commit for at least 3 to 6 months, available immediately is preferred.
