Since Yes4All makes its products available for sale throughout the entire United States, sales tax must be added to your order at your local sales tax rate, where applicable.

Q. How long should I leave it before contacting about a missing order?

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM PST. Orders placed outside of these hours will not be processed until the next business day. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. If you place your order after 5:00pm on Friday, your order will not be processed until Monday.

Please refer to our Delivery Timeframe for the expected delivery date. If your order does not arrive within the aforementioned period after the ship date please contact us.
