Q. Can I send in a check to pay for my order?
A.

Sorry, this option is not available. We actually only take orders by Paypal and Amazon Payments at this time. These options offer our customers better overall protection. Plus, we can also pass more savings on to our customers! 

Q. Can I order by phone?
A.

No. While we used to charge extra for taking phone orders, the only way for it to be cost-effective for us was to charge a fee that was just too expensive for our customers. To stay competitive and to keep prices low, it was decided to offer online ordering as the only available option. We apologize to our valued customers without computer access, but hopefully, you have access to a computer kiosk at a local library or are able to place an order through a friend or family member. As always, our friendly and helpful Customer Service staff is here to help you find your items or check on your orders via email.

Q. I live close. Can I pick up my order?
A.

Of course! Please refer to our Delivery Policy to decide whether your order is qualified for our Pickup Program.

Q. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
A.

Shipping rates may change throughout the year. Any changes will be noted during Checkout.

The Expected Delivery Dates are from the date your order is successfully processed. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM PST. Orders placed outside of these hours will not be processed until the next business day. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. If you place your order after 5:00pm on Friday, your order will not be processed until Monday.

Our shipping carrier choices are USPS and UPS.

  • USPS Priority Mail: Your order will be delivered within 1-3 business days after the order leaves our facility, not counting the ship date and not including Sunday, or USPS Holidays. Package arrives before end of day along with your normal mail delivery Monday through Saturday.
  • UPS Ground: Your order will be delivered within 1-5 business days after the order leaves our facility, not counting the ship date and not including Saturday and Sunday, or UPS Holidays. Package arrives before end of day.

Q. What are the system requirements for placing an order?

All orders placed through the website are subject to Yes4All's acceptance.

In order to place an order on our website, you must be 13 years of age or older and be a consumer - not a reseller.

If you are a reseller and are interested in distributing our product(s) please contact us for special discounts and arrangements.

You will need an e-mail address to place an order on the website.

You also need to set your browser to accept both cookies and pop-ups in order to make full use of the websites, which includes designing items, adding items to your shopping cart and checking out from our store.
