Q. I have forgotten my password. How can I get a new one?
A.

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it without any problem. Right under the Login form, click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link. Then, enter the email address for your account and submit, the link to reset your password will be emailed to you right away. Make sure to check your Spam folder as well if you cannot find our email in your Inbox. Once the link is clicked, simply type your new password in and click "Reset a Password".

Q. How can I change my shipping address?
A.

To change the shipping address you are using for your order, simply go to "Account Information" in the "My Account" tab and click on the "Address Book" section. There you can update your Billing and Shipping addresses or add a new address for later use.

Q. Can my account be closed?
A.

Yes. Yes4All reserves the right to terminate any account and related codes for any reason including but not limited to: • Spam (unsolicited email) Indiscriminate advertising or unsolicited commercial emails (spam) is strictly prohibited. Any account receiving a maximum of 3 complaints linked to this type of behavior is subject to termination.

Q. Can I return a product I received?

Certainly.  Please refer to our Return Policy for further information.

Q. Can I have a shipping address that is separate from my billing address?
A.

Yes, you can. Many of our customers have their packages delivered to their workplace or to a family member. When you are checking out your order, make sure you do not select the "Ship to the same address" under the Billing Address section. Ultimately, right below you can choose an address from your address book as the Shipping Address or "New Address" to add a new one. You can save the new address as well by ticking the "Save in address book" box.
