Sometimes this incident may happen, please firstly try to contact your local Post Office to inquire about your package, chances are they are still holding your package in their facility. Please keep us posted on this case, we will follow up to see how it turns out to provide a solution.
Since the post office has left a "pick up notice" (either by web-message or hard-copy) on, per the post office 10-day pick up policy, you must pick the package up or the package will be returned back to us. Per your contract with the post office, they reserved the right to leave you a pick up notice if they can't deliver the package to you (i.e. your box is too small or you are not home). It's the same for all carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc).

The Expected Delivery Dates are from the date your order is successfully processed. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM PST. Orders placed outside of these hours will not be processed until the next business day. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. If you place your order after 5:00pm on Friday, your order will not be processed until Monday.
