Q. Do you offer discount for bulk order?

If you are interested in placing a bulk order please contact us using the Contact Form prior to submitting your order so that we can assist you further.

Q. USPS indicates that my package is delivered but I have not received it, what should I do?
A.

Sometimes this incident may happen, please firstly try to contact your local Post Office to inquire about your package, chances are they are still holding your package in their facility. Please keep us posted on this case, we will follow up to see how it turns out to provide a solution.

Q. USPS indicates that they left a pick-up notice, what should I do?
A.

Since the post office has left a "pick up notice" (either by web-message or hard-copy) on, per the post office 10-day pick up policy, you must pick the package up or the package will be returned back to us. Per your contract with the post office, they reserved the right to leave you a pick up notice if they can't deliver the package to you (i.e. your box is too small or you are not home).  It's the same for all carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc).

Q. How can I change my account password?
A.

Changing your account password is easy! Simply log in to your account with your current password, go to "Account Information" in the "My Account" tab and tick on the "Change Password" box. Then, enter your current password and your new password. Make sure to click "Save" in order to save the changes. When ordering in the future, log in to your account with your new password.
